Simon Weaver's Cotswold Organic Dairy is a new name in cheesemaking but one that is already receiving attention. His three versions of Cotswold Brie have won two Taste of the West awards and a Gold at the 2006 World Cheese Awards in little over a year! All the cheese is made from Simons own herd of Fresians.

Gorsehill Abbey Cheese from Willersey have recently won a silver medal at the World Cheese Event in London for their St. Eadburgha, a creamy white rind cheese, similar to some Brie or Camembert, one of our most popular sellers.

Fowlers are the oldest cheese making family business in England and are continuing the traditions of handcrafted cheeses at the dairy in the leafy pastures of Earlswood. Their cracked pepper and chilli varieties are some of our best sellers.

We now stock a range of crackers for fine cheese from The Fine Cheese Company in Bath, great for dinner parties or picnics.

Winstones has been making ice cream, since 1925 when it was served from a motorbike and sidecar. If you're looking for a refreshing summer dessert, try some of our sorbets from Ridgeway Farmhouse Icecream. We also now stock Spot Loggins icecream. This is made by the Appleby family who farm in Bretforton and their pedigree Holstein cows are kept organically and graze rich pastures.

Why not spoil yourself with a handmade cheesecake from The Diary House in Weobey. The heart of their cheesecakes is the smooth, creamy curd cheese and luscious double cream. They're flavoured using the finest natural ingredients. The crumbly, buttery base is the classic one of crushed digestive biscuits. The result is cheesecakes that are utterly irresistible.
